Data Protection
- Advising on the creation and implementation of Tailor-Made Adequacy Programs, according to the necessary phases and to the business;
- Preparation and review of terms of use and privacy policies;
- Preparation and review of contractual clauses, specific contracts involving data privacy and LGPD;
- Preparation and review of internal policies and code of best practices in privacy and data protection;
- Preparation and review of communication channels for the exercise of rights by the holders;
- Assessment of compliance with national rules and comparative with international standards (compliance with data protection laws and LGPD, in case of companies already in compliance with the GDPR and US laws);
- Conducting legal audits related to privacy and data protection aspects on M&A and capital market operations;
- Assistance in the event of incidents and infraction notices drawn up by ANPD;
- Assessment of the feasibility of international data transfer;
- Assistance during the Monitoring phase;
- Conducting internal training on data protection best practices and advising on the development of support materials for the education of employees in privacy, data protection and information security;
- Consulting on LGPD in general, interfacing with related areas in the company or contracted third parties (Information Technology).
