• Organizing and Certifying Companies to operate in the International Trade industry (exports and/or imports);
• Acting preventively at international trade authorities and handling cases filed with those authorities in which putting up a defense is necessary (litigation);
• Making formal consultations to international trade authorities when a controversy arises about the interpretation of rules in leading cases;
• Structuring import and export transactions, considering all business, tax and contractual issues involved;
• Preparation of all the contracts involved in the import and export operations (contracts in general, including those of a commercial and financial nature);
• Preparation of legal opinions about all the matters inherent to the área;
• Actions in civil, tax and customs litigations, in administrative and judicial scope, and in all their instances, including in the special Customs inspection procedures and Custom Reviews.
